Sarthak was an academy level cricketer who did everything right, performing well in the nets, putting in the hours, practicing and thinking about cricket daily. Not going out with his family, not enjoying life, just playing cricket. Then match day would come, and something would break. The same performance he showed every single day in practice would disappear the moment it actually mattered. Negative thoughts, negative emotions, an inconsistent process, and desperation about his performances controlled him.
Nobody could tell him why. Not his coaches, not his parents. Everyone talked about technique, and nobody talked about what was actually happening in his head. The fear won, and in 2020, he had to leave the game he loved.
So he went and found it himself. He built extreme discipline in 2023, and that discipline made him realise the actual power of simplicity and consistency, and the specifics of how the subconscious mind works, and what was actually happening to him in his own journey as a cricketer.
Today, Sarthak works with Ranji Trophy and state level cricketers using that same process. The Match Ready Identity Program is that process, built for the sincere cricketer he used to be, before it's too late.

Is this a video course, or do I get support?
Both. Pre-recorded lessons and audios you follow daily, plus a WhatsApp group and live group calls for support along the way.
Can I join Match Performer Transformation directly?
Match Performer Transformation (6 month program) is only open for those who have completed the Match Ready Identity Program.
